We've had a rental home in town for quite a few years now and LaDonna from Tool Belt Diva has done repairs and all jobs for us all along (fix lights, screens, replace fans, etc). Recently we had to have the whole bathroom redone as it was just getting old and is a rental. I must say LaDonna did an outstanding job with the entire bath. She did tile, tub, sink, toilet and paint in days not weeks, just like she said she would. I will continue to use her for maintenance and any other job I have.
